In May 2017, Dr Rachel Murphy presented on ‘Deep Maps: West Cork Coastal Cultures’ at the Digital Mapping Workshop organised by the Digital Cultures Network, Cardiff University. Here Rachel discussed and demonstrated the different types of digital mapping techniques that were being utilised by the Deep Maps project, to help visualise the interdisciplinary research data that was being collated throughout the course of the project.
